Please read our terms and conditions before registering or making a purchase on our site.
References to “you” and “your” are to you as an individual.
References to “us”, “our” and “we” are to us - 'Aromabar'.
Each order placed by you is subject to these terms and conditions.
No order you place shall be deemed to be accepted by us until we have received cleared payment from you and issued confirmation of the order.
You must ensure that the terms of your order, including the address for delivery, are complete and accurate.
Despatch
Despatch of orders will be to the delivery address advised in your order.
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail and may require a signature on delivery. Larger orders are sent via courier and will require to be signed for. You will receive an email to confirm if a courier delivery is to be used.
If for any reason you or the person at the delivery address refuses to accept delivery of the products, or your order had been returned to us by Royal Mail we will charge you the cost to redeliver.
The cost of delivery shall be calculated when you place your order with us and payment shall be due at the time of payment for the products.
Prices and Payment
The price for the products shall be the price advertised on the website as published on the date of the order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Payments
We accept credit/debit card or cheque or postal order made out to C GRANT.
All card payments are processed through a secure server for your security.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. You should check and read the terms and conditions for any updates and/or amendments before placing any order with us. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions at any time you should not place any order with us.
Distance Selling Regulations
We aim to resolve any concerns quickly and efficiently. The agreement between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel your order by informing us by email /in writing within 7 days of delivery. Please return any cancelled orders within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and we will refund the full cost of your order including original postage as soon as it has been received.
We will not refund the cost of return postage unless your goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. We ask that you return any items by Recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post.
Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Items
In the event that your items are damaged, faulty or incorrect on receipt, we will refund the cost of return postage. We will refund your order in full as soon the the item(s) has been received or send a replacement at our cost.
