Any returned items must be unused and in new condition.
Return postage costs for change of mind returns will be not be refunded.
If your item is received damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receipt to inform us of this.
We may ask you to return the item for inspection or request further information from you.
If your item is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, or returned by royal mail as it has not been
collected from your local delivery office, a refund will be issued when it arrives back with us within 7 working days.
