| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "Register"" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your details on the Express Registration page then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

3) Please check the box if you want to receive Newsletters from us

Do I need to register on the website to make a purchase?
No you can purchase without registering by following the Express Checkout procedure.
Alternatively please call our Order Line on 0845 643 2622 to place your order over the telephone.
Help, I've forgotten my password. |

Click the "Login " link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click on the link.
Enter your email address that you used when registering and click Submit.
That link will send an email to you with a new password.
You can change your password in "Your Account" after you log in from the "Change Password" link.

| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "View Basket" link at the top right hand side of our site to view items you have added to the Shopping Basket. Then amend the number in the box under the "qty" heading and click on Update Basket to change the quantities. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
To remove an item from your Basket click on the little "X" on the left of the item in "View Basket"
To cancel all of the order click on "Empty Basket" on the far left of the page, under "Useful Links".

| How do I advise which fragrances I want for Multi packs/Special Offers? |

Important: You must add the Special Offer to your Shopping Basket to receive the discount for any current special offers eg Any 20 packs of Simmering Granules
When you are going through the Checkout process, on the page where you select your Payment Method there is a Comments box below where you can add your preferred fragrances.
You will be notified if any of your chosen fragrances are out of stock and if possible your item will be placed on Back Order.
Please check individual product pages beforehand to ensure the item is in stock to prevent disappointment.
***We reserve the right to replace out of stock fragrances with similar/other fragrances for all multipacks.

Shipping
| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Shipping costs are based on the combined weight of your items. All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier if over 4kg.

***Shipping for 4 packs of Simmering Granules is £3.50 via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery
***Shipping for 8 packs of Simmering Granules is £4.99 via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery
***Shipping for 10 packs of Simmering Granules is £6.95 via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery
***Shipping for 20 packs of Simmering Granules is £7.95 via courier delivery
When will my order be shipped?
We will despatch your order shortly after we receive cleared payment from you, usually within 48-72 hours.
During busy times eg Christmas, Valentines, Easter etc Gift baskets can take up to 5 working days to be despatched as they are made to order. If you require your custom order to be sent sooner, please contact us to advise.
You will receive an email from us to confirm your order has been received and another when it has been despatched.
